The integration of theoretical and practical aspects is a fundamental pillar of the Bachelor’s program in Nursing, as clinical training begins in the first year. In the initial stage, students train in skills and nursing simulation laboratories to acquire essential skills in a safe environment. In the second and third stages, students move to teaching hospitals and primary healthcare centers to apply their theoretical learning concurrently with the teaching process. The fourth stage is dedicated to intensive clinical training in teaching hospitals, where the student fully experiences the healthcare delivery environment, thus qualifying them to join the workforce upon completion of the program.
