Welcome to College of Nursing

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Sibtain University and the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, a blood donation campaign was launched on May 13th and 14th, 2026, as part of the activities of the International Nurses Day 2026 festival. The campaign saw wide participation from faculty, students, and staff.

This campaign stems from the humanitarian and social responsibility embraced by the Faculty, and reinforces the values ​​of giving and human solidarity that represent the essence of the nursing profession and its noble mission to serve the community and support healthcare institutions.

Professor Ali Karim Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College, affirmed that this humanitarian initiative aims to promote a culture of blood donation, contribute to supplying healthcare institutions with blood products, and raise awareness of the importance of volunteer work and the role of nursing staff in supporting health and humanitarian efforts.

The campaign witnessed a remarkable response from participants who expressed their pride in contributing to this noble initiative, emphasizing that blood donation represents a message of life and one of the highest forms of human giving.
