Welcome to College of Nursing

As part of the requirements for the Family and Environmental Health Nursing (Practicum) course, students from the College of Nursing and Midwifery – Al-Subtain University conducted field-based home visits in the Al-Husseiniya, under the supervision of Dr. Majdabadi, and with the follow-up of the Dean of the College, Dr. Ali Kareem.

The activity included comprehensive health assessments, such as measuring vital signs and obtaining patients’ health histories, in addition to providing health education—particularly for pregnant women—with the aim of promoting health awareness and community-based prevention.

This activity reflects the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing nursing students to deliver comprehensive and effective healthcare within the community.
